How much does delivery cost for Cat & Dog food?
Shipping rates are calculated automatically during the “check-out” stage when placing an order. As a standard we offer FREE SHIPPING to most Sydney Metro postcodes. 

Most Melbourne & Brisbane metro postcodes are only $15. All rates are confirmed at checkout. 

We do not deliver Cat & Dog food to WA, SA, NT, TAS. 

Star Pets drivers deliver some orders in metro Sydney along with our courier partners. All interstate orders are delivered by our courier partners and these are traceable for your security. 

How much does delivery cost for Pet Protection products?

Pet protection products such as Revolution, FrontLine, Advocate & Advantage, etc are delivered by Australia Post and POSTAGE IS FREE  to all States.

What if nobody is home to take delivery of my pet food order?
When you place an order with Star Pets you must leave a phone number. For metro Sydney deliveries fufilled by Star Pets drivers you will be emailed and called to ask if there is a safe place your order can be left if nobody is home.

For deliveries fulfilled by our courier partners, the courier driver will leave a calling card if you are not available when he/she tries to deliver. The card will have a mobile number you can call to organise a more suitable time for them to deliver to you. They will not leave the delivery without someone to sign for it.

Why is my delivery address so important?
When registering and supplying address details it is best to supply an address where someone will be available to sign for the goods. For this reason, using a business address often ensures your goods get delivered on time.  Star Pets may also call ahead and if nobody is available we'll ask you to let us know a safe place where your order can be left.

Note: If your order is delivered by a courier they will leave a calling card which you can call to organise a suitable time for them to deliver.

When will my order be fulfilled?
Once we receive a receipt of payment confirmation, orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.

Can I pay for my order by EFT?

Yes you can, the bank details are below. To do so simply go through the Star Pets site and place an order to the "checkout" stage so you can see how much to transfer including postage if there is any charge for it. Then email us and put the word "EFT Payment" in the subject line. In the email list the product/s you want to buy.

I’ve forgotten my password, how do I get into My Account?
During customer registration select the ‘forgot password’ link and your password will be emailed to you.

Can I change my account details at anytime?
Yes you can, just log-in to your account to do so.

Can I view a history of my past orders?
Yes you can view your past order history when you log in to the system using your username and password.

Can I order a product that is not listed on the Star Pets website?
Yes as long as we carry the brand and are able to source the product. Simply email us with the request and we will reply with the cost.

What if I purchased the wrong product or I am not happy with my purchase?
If you ordered the wrong product we will refund your order within 7 days of purchase for any opened products. You will also have to pay the return postage costs.

Is it safe to supply my credit card details over the Internet and why do you use PayPal?

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to PayPal using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Once your information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers.  Star Pets does not hold any of your account information.
